I've thought many a time to create a site to help me with my grief over my Dad. However, it's at this time that I find I am able to make it happen.
::Preface::
I did not move forward with this site in hopes that someone will read anything on here and try to deliver me past all the stages I need to go through. I am fine with each stage of grief. It is important to go through each stage, even if each stage takes years... and even if you revert back to a previous stage.
I am just sharing the facts, my emotions, faith, etc... as a means for me to help myself.

Last week a 7.0 earthquake devastated the country of Haiti. It's being reported that up to 100,000 people could be dead as a result, not to mention those who are injured or orphaned or homeless. You know what matters to the people there? Finding loved ones, saving lives and getting aid for the injured matters. Finding food and shelter matters. Simply surviving is what matters.
A 7.0 quake would be destructive anywhere in the world but it’s especially disastrous in Haiti where the people are poor and infrastructure is poor. This thing won’t be fixed today or tomorrow or the next day. It’s going to take time, so please, if you’ve been praying keep doing so. If you can help by sending a donation to World Vision or the American Red Cross , do it today. You can designate your gift directly to the relief effort in Haiti.
